We take pride in our products and strive to make your shopping experience an enjoyable one. In the event that you are not totally happy with your purchase you may return your unworn/unused item(s) within 30 days with the exception of a few items listed below.

Once the item(s) are received we will gladly issue a refund, less shipping cost, to the account used for your purchase. 

Store credit will be issued for gift returns.

*Because of the personal nature of some of our products and/or agreements with manufacturers, returns and exchanges are limited or not available. We appreciate your understanding for the restrictions on the following items:

Pacifiers are non-returnable/non-refundable.
Twin Nursing Pillows are a final sale item unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Table For Two is a final sale item unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Binxy Baby Hammocks are final sale items unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Twin Carriers and Slings must be returned unused and in original packaging within 10 days of receipt (NO EXCEPTIONS). A 20% restocking fee applies.
Twin Swim/Pool
Floats are non-returnable/non-refundable once package is opened. 

In the event of a manufacturer defect for any of the items listed above, please contact us within 3 business days with a detailed description and/or photos of the defect. We will then issue an RA (Return Authorization) number as well as return instructions.

*Personalized items and Sale items are non-refundable/non-returnable.

Please read the conditions below to ensure that your return or exchange is processed efficiently. The following conditions apply for all returns & exchanges except for those items listed above:

  1. Item(s) must be received within 30 days of receipt - NO EXCEPTIONS!
  2. Item(s) must be received in original condition (unworn/unused) and with all tags, directions, inserts, etc. intact where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for items not received within the specified time and/or condition.
  3. The Return voucher that was included with your order should be included along with the unwanted item(s) indicating the invoice number and customer name.
  4. Refunds are processed within 10 days of receipt of the returned item(s) and issued to the account used for purchase.  Store credits are issued right away and you will receive an e-mail with your credit voucher information.
  5. Original and/or return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
  6. *We are not responsible for lost or damaged item(s) by USPS or UPS during return shipping. We recommend that you request a tracking number and/or insurance.
